How it works

Your EV charger install

  1. Check your panel

We look at your panel and do a load calculation to see how much power is available.

  2. Pick the charger

A hardwired wall charger or a 14-50 outlet, sized for your car and your panel.

  3. Pull the permit

We file the permit with your city or county.

  4. Install and inspect

We install it, meet the inspector and show you how it works.

Home & business

What we install

Home chargers

Level 2 wall chargers indoors or outside, including Tesla and ChargePoint.

14-50 outlets

A 50-amp outlet for a plug-in charger, in the garage or outside.

Panel upgrades

More capacity when your panel doesn't have room for a charger circuit.

Commercial stations

Multiple chargers for offices, apartments and retail lots.

Pedestal mounts

Freestanding chargers for parking spaces away from a wall.

Fleet charging

Chargers for company vehicles, sized for overnight charging.

Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?

Not always. Many homes have room for a 40- or 50-amp circuit. We check your panel and do a load calculation before we quote.

Should I get a wall charger or a 14-50 outlet?

A hardwired wall charger can charge faster and has no plug to wear out. A 14-50 outlet lets you use a portable charger. We'll help you pick the right one for your car.

Do you install chargers for businesses?

Yes. We install single chargers and multi-station setups for offices, apartments, parking garages and fleets.

EV charging

Getting the right charger

Every EV charger install starts at your panel. We check how much capacity you have, size the circuit for your car and charger, and tell you up front if anything needs to change before we start.

Most homes can take a Level 2 charger on a dedicated 40- or 50-amp circuit. If your panel is full or near its limit, we'll explain your options, including load management or a panel upgrade, so you can choose what makes sense.

We install Tesla Wall Connectors, ChargePoint and other Level 2 chargers, plus NEMA 14-50 outlets for plug-in chargers. For businesses, apartments and fleets, we plan multi-charger setups and pedestal mounts for parking spaces away from a wall.

Usually yes. We pull the permit with your city or county and schedule the inspection.

Can you install the charger outside?

Yes. We install outdoor-rated chargers with the right disconnect and weatherproof wiring.
