What to expect
Most lighting calls start with a problem: a dark corner of the parking lot, high-bays that flicker or take minutes to warm up, or fixtures that keep burning out. We find out why, whether it's the fixture, the wiring, the controls or the circuit, and fix the cause, not just the bulb.
For upgrades, we look at how the space is used and recommend fixtures that give even light where people work, walk and park. Switching old metal halide or fluorescent fixtures to LED usually cuts energy use and the number of service calls for burned-out lamps.
We work around your hours so your business stays open, and we handle the permit when the job needs one. For exit signs and emergency lights, we test the battery backups and replace anything that fails, so you're ready for your fire or building inspection.

Lighting questions
Can you replace my old fixtures with LED?
Yes. We retrofit or replace metal halide, sodium and fluorescent fixtures with LED in shops, warehouses, offices, canopies and parking lots.
Some of our parking lot lights are out. Can you fix them?
Yes. We troubleshoot pole lights to find whether it's the fixture, the photocell or timer, or the wiring underground, and repair what's actually failing.
Do you test emergency lights and exit signs?
Yes. We test them, replace failed batteries and units, and install new ones where the building needs them for inspection.
Can you work after hours?
Yes. We schedule commercial work around your hours so your business stays open.
